Rooms

Almost all rooms have the same amenities. They vary in size and shape.

The Mama rooms are between 150 and 170 square feet.

The Mama Luxe rooms are between 170 and 200 square feet.

The Mama Deluxe rooms are between 200 and 250 square feet.

The Mama Terrace rooms are between 170 and 200 square feet and have a terrace with a seating area.

The Mama Suite is 350 square feet, has a terrace with a seating area as well as a living room with an additional iMac TV.

Breakfast is not included in our rates. Buffet Breakfast is served from 7am to 11am.

Cancellation Policy

Standard reservations at Internet Rates may be cancelled or amended 48 hours before 12:00pm local time on the due date of your arrival.

BEST AVAILABLE RATES, PACKAGES AND RACK RATES

Saver Rates (best available rates, rack rates, special offers and promotions) may not be cancelled or amended.

Payment terms

Your payment card WILL be charged for Saver Rates (best available rates, rack rate, special offers and promotions). Saver Rates (pay now) are strictly non-refundable, non changeable and non-transferrable.

Your payment card WILL NOT be charged for standard reservations at our Internet Rates (Flexible rates. Mama Shelter asks for your secure card details in order to guarantee your reservation. FULL PAYMENT IS DUE 48 HOURS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL . If you fail to cancel your reservation 48 hours before 12:00pm local time on the due date of your arrival, Mama Shelter will charge your card for the entire stay.
